Adobe sessions with Sing

For this term we explored online applications and premiere pro video editing. For the first session we were shown two online options for our zine compilation, one is called Issuu and the other is called Flipsnack. Sing taught us how to upload our zine’s pdf in the apps and how to submit the link. Then we were asked to make a sample zine using a few ready pages. He also showed us many videos and movie clips to show us what good editing looks like. He focused a lot on directional work and cuts. He also taught us how to use premiere pro and I enjoyed this session.

For the second week we were supposed to create video content and edit it on premier pro. Unfortunately I was not able to attend this session because I had fever but I asked my classmates about the work and did some work on premiere pro at home. I also worked on the zine layout when I was at home and came up with a few new content ideas as well.

For the third week we started off with sketch up and created a 3-D layout for the PR event at Barbican. I missed the session as I was still unwell but I practiced it at home and came up with a few concepts. The next week was also about 3-D objects and we explored the idea more and had fun with it.
